职位描述：
Main Duties:
-Assisting Risk Management Supervisor to handle liability claims, cargo claims and complaints cases with a focus on identifying problems areas of all aspects it may be resided internally or externally;
-Timely follow to deal with customer issues relating to claims and complaints with purpose to increase satisfactory level of customer and improve quality of product service;
-Maintain claim database and claim case study monthly;
-Updating monthly claim reports and other claim analysis monthly;
-Ensure claim procedures & claims working instructions & claim forms in place and updated to meet QMS requirements;
-Work with Liability Insurer to arrange joint survey and assist investigation work with liability insurer.
Skills:
-Good Communication skill in English (oral and written), Mandarin and Cantonese;
-Good Analysis skill in claim case handling and better negotiating skill with customer orienting skill;
-Good Application of Word, Excel and Power point;
-Good Presentation Skill;
-One-Year Working Experience in International Forwarding, Shipping Industry or Contract Logistics providing company;
-Knowledge of Chinese Maritime Code and International Conventions (Hague-Visby Rules, Warsaw Convention, etc.)
Other Requirement:
-Be positive, confident and independent;
-Be calm, objective and timely control ability in urgent or demanding situation;
-Be efficient working under pressure. |
