职位描述:
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the General Manager and the Managing Director, responsible for directing an organization’s accounting functions which includes establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices, procedures and initiatives.
- Preparing financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the top management.
- Implementing internal control systems.
- Develop and monitor effective and financial policies and procedures for costing, inventory, operation and capital expenditures.
- Liaise with auditors and taxation officers of local government.
- Implementing computerized accounting and ERP system.
- Involve in other ad-hoc assignments and projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder major in Finance and Accounting.
- ACCA/CPA/MBA qualification.
- Minimum 10 years accounting experiences of which 7 years of manufacturing experience in the field and 5 years at managerial level.
- Familiar with HK & PRC accounting standard, tax law and regulations which includes solid experience in dealing with WOFE.
- Have previous experience in working with a U.S subsidiary company in HK & China.
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Mature, strong leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and comply with tight reporting schedule
- Analytical minded, result oriented and self-motived
- Immediate available is preferred.
