职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1. Review business card data and determine if data is also provided in Chinese.
2. Update the assistant field by placing the initials of the encoder, to show which record items were updated by whom.
3. Tally the total number of business cards per business card container.
4. Locate the contact person in the Private Network database.
5. Generate a pivot table to show companies that still need to be categorized per industry.
6. Encode Chinese translation for business card data.
7. Do a google search for the latest news.
Requirements:
1. Must have good command of Oral and Written English.
2. Must have good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
3. Be patient and hard working.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
