大专以上学历，有相关工作三年以上工作经验，熟悉并能运用品管常用统计手法，机械电子，管理等相关专业毕业，有较强的委外及原材料供货商管理及辅导能力。主要负责IQC课的统筹与管理。（经验不足勿试）
