职位描述：
Responsibilities
-responsible for Sales and marketing of the IONIT OX heat treatment technology in China
-finds business opportunities in mass production, automotive and machinery industry
-Achieve sales targets and reports to the General Manager
-Works in a team and develop surface solutions for customer in cooperation with application development
-Managing documentation for sales in local language
-Provide regular reporting on markets, projects and sales forecast
Requirements:
-university mechanical or metallurgy engineering degree
-minimum background of 5 years in a industrial environment and 3 years experience in sales
-Mandarin and English in written and verbal
-Very good communication skills and power of persuasion
-Good knowledge of PC-work
-Background or experience in heat treatment or thin film surface technology
-self motivating, persistent and able to stick on long term goals
-German basic knowledge a plus
-Experience in western business culture
Work experience:
-Sales: direct contact to customers, negotiations, relationship management
-Business Contacts: automotive industry, hydraulic industry, general mechanical or mass production
-Processes: Heat Treatment, PVD, CVD
